I like stones. It may sounds odd but actually i did, when I was a teenager I had a pot with different stones I picked, and I gave them water and name just like they have life because if u give them water and take good care of them they’ll be very beautiful, even it’s just stone not jewel. They were my treasure.
The staff introduced many jewel to us. They’re really amazing and miraculous. Opal, shining like cat’s eye, star iolite, agate, saphire, and so on. It’s the beauty and magic of the great nature. I’m not so interested in ornaments but I do love stones as itself. So I just take a look about them and their high prices.
And then we leave for the famous Damro Tea factory. On the way, Wasana told us this factory was built by British William Mackwoods in 1841. The British had plant many different plants here. The first is coffee tree and then the lemongrass, to produce soy sauce something like that, and the last is tea tree. The reason they choose Eliya is the rainy weather here, small, soft, continuous rain, so that they don’t need people to irrigate, and nature give the plants water.
